 All sales are final, and non-refundable. If there is an issue with the product after you receive it, please message me so we can work something out. Due to the nature of one-of-a-kind handmade goods, I am not able to replace or refund items lost in the mail. Please message me to purchase shipping insurance if you wish to protect against monetary loss of losing a package in the mail.

Due to Paypal’s new refund policy of withholding PayPal fees when issuing refunds, I can no longer give a full refund for multiple checkouts from my shop. I will only issue a partial refund, which would be the extra you paid for shipping, minus the Paypal fees.

It is also part of my shop policy that I cannot under declare the value of items purchased in my shop on customs forms. All items purchased will be declared in their full US dollar amount.
